For new clients at Belle La Vie, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your first appointment in order to complete a consultation form prior to your treatment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Please note that we do require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Any appointments cancelled over the time requirements or those who do not show will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Late arrival for any appointment may reduce treatment time and will still be chargeable at full price.
